Position: R&D Manager

Location: Guangdong-Zhongshan City

Job responsibility:

1. Development or modification of grades, starting both from new and existing concepts.

2. Manage product development projects within agreed timing and budgets

3. Build up and maintaining food receipt knowledge

4. relationships of the product line and implement this knowledge into the food production process.

5. Initiation, execution and implementation of innovative/explorative projects targeted at extending the application area of the product line.

6. Using the available expertise on processing, testing, material science, etc. in order to advise the rest of the organization

Qualifications:

1. require an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, result oriented and persuasive person.

2. PhD, Master Degree or equivalent experience in food additives, food&beverage production or a similar materials science field

3. Strong curiosity towards ‘how things work’ and finding solution for technical challenges and leadership ability

4. Proficient in spoken English

5. good overall communication and social skills as well as commercial affinity.
